By using Unity Communications, LLC products and services, you agree to comply with our policies. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate any service provided with or without a refund or notice or warning for any reason. We also reserve the right to change and modify the Terms of Service at any time with or without client notification. It is up to you, the client to periodically check and familiarize himself or herself with the recent Terms of Service. If any client does not comply with the new Terms of Service modifications, his or her service will be terminated.
Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations
All payment invoices are sent 7 days prior to the payment due date. Failure to pay by the due date will result in service suspension, then termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate at any time after your service is overdue.
We offer a strict 72 hour refund period of your first invoice with any service with us.
Any Promotional offer’s are not eligible for a refund.
Any payment charge backs will flag your account. We reserve the right to terminate your services immediately.
Any legal action threats will result in immediate termination of your account and services.
Unity Communications, LLC services are all unmanaged. We provide you with all the basic tools needed to get full access to your service. We provide basic knowledge base articles to assist you in many questions you may have.
We will however provide support for any issues regarding hardware, control panels, or ISO’s.
We do not tolerate duplicate support tickets including emails. Failure to comply will result in termination of account and services.
We do not take backups of client data and it is highly recommend for all clients take remote backups in case of data loss. Unity Communications, LLC is not responsible for data loss.
We do not operate any SLA agreement. Uptime is operated on a best effort basis. We will not process any refunds or compensations due to service outages and or down time.
Acceptable Use Policy
CPU cores are shared, if you are using one full core constantly on any of our services we will ask you to reduce your usage. Failure to do so will result in service suspension and or termination without refund.
Web Hosting accounts are not to be used for file hosting.
We will not tolerate any form of spam and will result in immediate termination with no refund.
The following are strictly prohibited uses and will result in immediate suspension and/or termination if discovered on your account: Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, Port scanning, Botnets, TOR exit nodes, Open proxies or Private proxies, Open DNS resolvers, Illegal downloads/Piracy, Storj Share and or other Storage Sharing applications, Virtual currency (*coin) mining, Facebook crawlers, IP spoofing, Fake/Replica product websites, Phishing, Booter/Stresser websites, Adult material.
All files on users services are users responsibility. Unity Communications, LLC will take not hold responsibility to any actions done by a user.
We do not allow any forms of copyright violation and will result in immediate suspension.
